Tutoring Terms and Refund Policy

Effective September 4, 2026. These terms apply to every tutoring package purchased from Premeducated LLC on or after this date. If you sign a Tutoring Agreement with us, that agreement controls where the two differ.

Refunds

Tutoring packages are nonrefundable, except where the law requires it or you qualify for the Pass Guarantee refund described below. A package is not refunded because your plans changed, your exam date moved, or you did not use your hours. A duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded in full.

Trial sessions

A trial session fee is refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, and 50% if you cancel inside 24 hours. A missed trial session is not refunded.

Unused hours

One-on-one tutoring hours expire 12 months after your purchase date. Hours remaining at expiration are forfeited and are not refunded. Within those 12 months you may use your hours toward any exam we tutor or toward residency advising. Hours belong to you alone and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours of notice and nothing is deducted. A cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice, or a missed session, deducts the full scheduled time from your hours. Time lost to a late arrival comes out of that session. A session your tutor cancels never costs you hours and is rescheduled promptly.

Pass Guarantee (Silver and Gold packages only)

The Pass Guarantee applies to Silver and Gold packages purchased directly and paid in full by you. It does not apply to a package paid for by a school or other organization. It may be used once per package.

You qualify if you do all three of the following: complete at least 90% of your assigned study-plan blocks on time in the Study Plan Builder, attend at least 90% of your scheduled sessions (a cancellation with more than 24 hours of notice does not count against you), and take every assigned practice exam on its scheduled day and upload the score report within 48 hours.

If you qualify and do not pass, and you have another attempt available, we add tutoring hours at no charge for your next attempt: 10 hours for Silver, 20 hours for Gold. If you have no attempt remaining, we refund 50% of the package price. To claim, email your official score report to jeanmarclucas@premeducated.com within 60 days of your exam date.

The guarantee is void if a score report or practice result is altered, if account access is shared, if our materials are redistributed, or if exam rules are violated. If a serious event outside your control, such as a death in the family or a serious illness, keeps you from meeting the commitments above, tell us as soon as you can and we will work with you on a pause or a restructure instead.

Concerns and payment disputes

If something is wrong with your package, email jeanmarclucas@premeducated.com first. We reply within two business days. A chargeback filed for services delivered as described is a breach of your agreement, and sessions pause while the dispute is open.
