Level 1 is a basic-science exam, so we match you with doctors who specialize in exactly what it tests.
You get subject-matter experts for everything the boards can test, not one tutor stretched thin trying to cover all of it. Anatomy question? You're with an anatomist. Biostatistics? Common questions before you book
Will my school let me use Premeducated instead of its required program?
Often, yes. Many students bring us in alongside or in place of an in-house program. Name us to your academic support office, and we're glad to write a letter of support or meet with your deans.
Which package is right for me, and will it be enough hours?
We help you choose on the call, and we won't push you into a bigger tier than you need. Every package includes group office hours on top of your one-on-one time, 4.5 hours a week across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which is the real multiplier behind the headline hours.
What does an actual session look like?

How is this different from the big group courses?
The big names are MD-built, group-only, and lock you into rigid hour quotas. We're DO-led and COMLEX-first, you work directly with practicing physicians, and your plan is made for you. About 28% of our repeat students came only after a competitor's program didn't work.
What if you don't pass?
Silver and Gold come with a Pass Guarantee. If you don't pass and still have an attempt left, we keep working with you at no cost: 10 more hours on Silver, 20 on Gold. Out of attempts, we refund 50%.
