Premeducated Office Hours is live COMLEX and USMLE group tutoring sold through the $197 monthly Skool Premium plan. There are two rooms. The Level 1 room serves COMLEX-USA Level 1 and USMLE Step 1 and runs 4.5 hours a week in three 90-minute sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Level 2 room serves COMLEX-USA Level 2-CE and USMLE Step 2 CK and runs 2 hours a week in two 60-minute sessions on Tuesday and Thursday. Premium includes both rooms. Those hours are per room, not per student.

A session works through practice questions out loud. Students work the vignette first, then the reasoning gets taken apart, including why the wrong answer looked right. Friday on the Level 1 track is driven by questions students bring.
