At (Pre)Meducated, we understand that unexpected events can occur, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your tutoring session. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify your tutor or simply cancel/reschedule through your tutor’s scheduling link at least 24 hours in advance. Canceling before 24 hours will result in a 100% refund of your trial run fee. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 50% refund of your trial run fee. Not showing up to the session and failing to notify entirely will result in the full fee being charged. Thank you for understanding!

We’re fully invested in your success. While most students pass on their first try, the (Pre)Meducated Gold™: Pass or Pay Nothing program offers a full refund or free continued support if you don’t — provided a few simple conditions are met.

The Guarantee

If you follow your personalized plan, attend sessions, complete all assignments, and take your exam with tutor approval, we guarantee you will pass. If not:

• If you fail and have another attempt remaining, you’ll continue receiving tutoring at no additional cost until you pass.

• If you fail and have no attempts left, and you met all program conditions, you’ll receive a full refund.

To Qualify for the Guarantee:

You must meet all of the following:

1. Session Attendance

   Attend all scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

2. Follow the Plan

   Complete all assignments, practice questions, and full-length exams as directed.

3. Progress Monitoring

   Submit scores and check in regularly to update your tutor on your progress.

4. Exam Timing

   Take your exam within the advised timeframe and only with tutor approval.

5. Communication

   Maintain open, timely communication. If you fail the exam, you must notify us within 7 days.

6. Resources

   Maintain access to at least one question bank (e.g., UWorld, TrueLearn) and any recommended study tools.

7. Timely Testing

   Your exam must be taken within 30 days of tutor approval, unless otherwise discussed.

The Guarantee Does Not Apply If:

• You take the exam without approval

• You defer or skip the exam

• You fail to follow the agreed study plan or don’t submit your work/scores

• You stop communicating with us

Yes, you can invest in any amount of tutoring hours you prefer. However, we charge a premium rate for purchases of less than 10 hours. We have found that tutoring sessions totaling less than 10 hours are often not as effective. Our goal is to encourage you to opt for our lowest recommended tutoring package to ensure your board exam scores are in peak shape for test day.
