Bronze is a 1-month package. Silver is a 2-month package. Gold is a 3-month package and the right tier for the heaviest sprint or for longitudinal use (shelf-through-boards). Total-access numbers assume full group attendance across the package duration. The Custom column is the negotiation door: trade the Pass Guarantee for a lower price, add extra 1:1 hours on top of a tier, stretch the timeline, or mix any of those. Worked out on the strategy call.
How the Pass Guarantee works
When you sign on with us, we put real money behind the outcome. Here's what you commit to, and what we commit to back. No fine print, no hidden conditions.
- Complete at least 90% of your study-plan blocks on time. Our Study Plan Builder tracks this automatically, so there's no judgment call about whether you put in the hours. Either the blocks are done on schedule or they aren't.
- Attend at least 90% of your scheduled tutoring sessions. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance don't count against you. Repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows do.
- Take every assigned practice test on the scheduled day, and upload the score report within 48 hours. This is non-negotiable, because the plan adapts to those scores. Skip them and we can't actually tutor you, we're guessing.
- If you have another attempt available and you don't pass: we give you free additional tutoring hours through your next attempt. 10 hours on Silver, 20 hours on Gold. No new contract, no negotiation.
- If you don't have another attempt available (you've hit your school's or the exam board's limit) and you don't pass: 50% of your package price refunded.
- The Pass Guarantee covers Silver and Gold. Bronze is built for a 4 to 6 week prep window, which doesn't give us enough runway to back the full guarantee model. If you're not sure which package fits your timeline, the strategy call sorts that out.
A death in the family, a serious illness, anything major you couldn't see coming. Life intervenes. The Pass Guarantee doesn't apply in those situations, because nobody could meet the commitments above. Reach out as soon as you can; we'll work with you on a pause or restructure that fits what you're going through.
If you meet your end, we meet ours. The whole point is that you don't have to take a leap of faith. We're taking most of the risk with you.

Is this only for people who failed?
No. We work with first-time test-takers, retakers, and students on their third or fourth attempt. Same plan-and-accountability model, calibrated to where you are.
Can you work around my rotations or classes?
Yes. We start light and ramp into dedicated as your test date approaches. The plan flexes around your schedule, not the other way around.

Do you cover COMLEX and USMLE? What about OMM?
Both exams. OMM is one of the areas we put real weight on, because it's a COMLEX-distinct domain most prep companies skip. For USMLE, the plan tracks the Step blueprint domain weights with the same rigor.
Can I pick my tutor?
You don't get just one tutor. Every student has access to the whole physician team. Your plan is directed by Dr. Lucas, and when you have a question on a specific system, you're routed to the tutor whose specialty it is. Neurology questions go to our neurologist, OMM to our OMM specialist, OB-GYN to our OB-GYN attending.

Which qbank should I use? What about Anki?
Depends on your exam, what your school gives you, and what you already have access to. We figure that out for you on the strategy call and bake it into your plan.
Same with Anki: we'll dial in what to use and how, calibrated to retention rather than raw card count.
